Qualification and Skills Required:
Graduates from full-time B.Com, BBA, and BMS programmes who passed in 2022 and 2023
A consistent grade point average (CGPA) of at least 60% in classes X, XII, and graduation, or an equivalent percentage, is required.
Highest Qualification: Candidates must have successfully finished the course within the allotted course time (no more education required).
Break or Gap in Education: If there are any educational gaps, these must be disclosed. There shouldn’t be a total academic gap of more than 24 Months before the highest qualification. If necessary, relevant document verification will be examined to look for educational gaps.
Backlogs: At the time of selection, no backlogs would be permitted. The course must be finished within the allotted course time..

We’re looking for candidates with knowledge and capability in terms of managing resources /
manpower using different resource management and deployment tools within EY GDS Assurance.
Your key responsibilities
Timely updation of resource schedules on scheduling tools (ARMS/Retain)
Timely review and resolution of scheduling conflicts.
Proactive review of resource availability /resource requirements.
Mailbox management and fulfilling the scheduling requests coming through mails in defined TAT.
Optimization of resource utilization through effective schedule management.
Basic reporting and analysis.

To qualify for the role, you must have
Graduates with 0-3 years of relevant resource management/workforce management/exposure in General Operations with strong acumen in resource management preferred.
Conduct market mapping of the assigned location to identify potential business avenues , distributors
Conduct VO launch activities, career seminars on regular basis at assigned location to increase distribution base & sourcing new business.
Drive the business targets for the location as per functional priority (Motor / Non-Motor mix ) ensuring healthy LOB mix maintained all the time.
Own P&L for the assigned location & ensure COR is maintained as defined by function head time to time.
Ensure new agent acquisition MoM & maintain IMD activation is above minimum productivity norms at all the times.
Ensure channel partners ( Banca , Motor Dealers , Brokers ) are visited on periodical basis to drive business parameters & address timely resolution to partners business concern.
Intermediary & Relationship Management
Ensure IMD / Partners are engaged all the time by functional driven R&R and campaign communication.
Ensure IMD’s / channel partners are trained on various products based on the business priority by collaborating with training team.
Ensure IMD’s / channel partners commission queries, operational issues are addressed in timely manner to maintain
Provide input to cluster head / zone head in design of new products/ revisions required in existing products basis feedback from intermediaries / Channel Partners (based on their market understanding)
Ensure IMD’s are trained well on EezeTab application, LMS to ensure policies are issued through digital mode & using digital platform for product knowledge.
