This position is handling end to end L1 & L2 support for GWIM applications which includes Incident Management, Change and Release Management , Daily/weekly/ Monthly reporting, Application Monitoring , responding to Upstream/Downstream queries. Participating in DR exercise. Also as a member of Batch Support Services team will be responsible for Batch Execution, Monitoring and support of midrange & Mainframe batches. Use support tools to navigate through logs in problem analysis and adhering to standards and procedures for technical and change implementation of scheduling support. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, potential risks and increased efficiencies as part of Batch Optimization. He provides 14*5 support and on-call weekend support from India. In order to continue to provide BAU support for all GWIM applications we’d need to back fill this position.

Penalty for Wrong Answers (Applicable to both – Preliminary & Main Examination)
