Eligibility Criteria for Donaldson Recruitment 2022:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in most of these capabilities
  • NetApp / SAN exposure
  • Systems Administration experience: change management; project management; decision making
  • IBM AIX 7.1 or later, with IBM Power Architecture;

Job Description:

This position is responsible for all aspects of system administration and works with others on the architectural design & ongoing maintenance for IBM/AIX, Red Hat Linux, Cisco UCS, and NetApp SAN environments. The individual should be comfortable working in a team environment and excel in collaborative problem solving. This position requires the candidate to work on multiple priorities simultaneously and the ideal candidate will be well organized and be capable of managing a busy work schedule with multiple demands on their time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor server performance and take appropriate actions (e.g. tune).
  • Perform operating system upgrades and assure the quality of fixes and enhancements.
  • Assist others in analyzing and resolving system and application problems.
  • Assist with root-cause analysis
  • Responsible for tuning of IBM Power hardware and software systems
  • Provide technical analysis and design support for applications running on AIX and Red Hat Linux.
  • Analyze existing infrastructure and recommend modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability, and scalability.
  • Thoroughly test hardware and software upgrades.
  • Implement procedures for maintenance, monitoring, backup, and recovery operations.
  • Plan, prepare, and apply maintenance patches to system software.
  • Participate in global production support call rotation.

  • You’ll be notified via email regarding the details of the coding challenge.
  • This challenge will be open for 6 hours only and must be taken in one sitting.
  • The challenge duration will be 120 minutes.
  • Evaluation criteria would include but are not limited to, the test score, time taken to complete the challenge, quality of code, etc.

Interview Round:

  • Shortlisted candidates from the coding round will be interviewed by EPAM’s interview panel.
  • These interviews will be conducted online (Microsoft Teams).

What would you do?

Other Criteria

  • Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only
  • One Backlog is allowed at the time of the Assessment Stage
  • Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with the 6th semester.
  • Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Graduation.

Stipend Details

Period: (INR Per Month)

1st Year STIPEND: 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + Joining Bonus of 75k

2nd Year STIPEND: 17,000 + 533 (ESI)

3rd Year STIPEND: 19,000 + 618 (ESI)

Fourth Year: 23,000

Post the completion of the program, the designation will be Senior Project Engineer and compensation will range from INR 6,00,000 P.A onwards depending on performance.

Selection process

Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment, the below details are appended for your reference.

Round 1 – Online Assessment

Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:

  • Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
  • Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
  • Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
  • Written Communication Test (20 mins)

Round 2 – Business discussion

 Service Agreement

On joining, candidates would be required to sign a service agreement for 60 months

After clearing the online assessment, candidates will have to go through a business discussion round.
