About the Test:
Work Integrated Learning Program 2021 (WILP 2021) is a unique learning-integrated program which offers BCA and BSc students a chance to build a remarkable career at Wipro, while pursuing their higher education in M.Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.
Bachelor of Science- B.Sc. Eligible Streams-Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics and Physics
Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Graduation.
Business Maths & Applied Maths will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Graduation.
Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation.
No Gaps are allowed in Graduation. Graduation should be completed within 3 years.
Education should be regular full time only in 10th, 12th and Graduation recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
All Arrears and backlogs need to be cleared at the time of selection process.
Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
Candidates who have participated in the selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.

Selection Process for Wipro WILP 2022:
Eligible aspirants must go through below online assessment, below details appended for your reference.
Online Assessment (80 minutes)
Aptitude Test – Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative (Each section has 20 minutes/ 20 questions)
Written Communication Test (20 minutes)
Upon selection in the Online Assessment, candidates will be required to go through Business Discussion Round

Round 1 – Form Factor & Design Submission
Participants who have registered must first choose a form factor. Example: Create a ground-breaking design for a ring, keychain, or any other novel shape the participant deems appropriate for the goal in step two. They will be required to submit a PPT explaining the benefits of a particular form factor for a payment instrument, how it will benefit the customer, and the motivation for the participant’s design for that form factor.

This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJUs unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting the potential customers (parents & students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies, and the BYJUS personalized learning journey.
Training:
All interview selected candidates will become a part of the Applicant Training Program
The training program has two Stages:
1. Stage1: Classroom Training Program (CRT)
Duration: 2 Weeks. Location: Role Location
Working model: 6 days
Post completion of 2 weeks the trainee will be assessed on various parameters. Only qualifying trainees will be moved to Stage 2 (OJT stage) of the program.
2. Stage 2: ‘On-the-job’ Training (OJT)
Duration: 4 Weeks. Location: Work from Home
Working model: 6 days
Post completion of 4 weeks, the Applicant Trainee will be assessed on various parameters. Only qualifying trainees will become eligible to be offered a Business Development Associate (BDA) role. (Subject to approval from management).
The training program will be for 6 days a week. The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, capability and quality audits, and feedback from the manager/ trainer and HR Team.
