We are seeking Software Engineers to join our team!

What We’re Looking For

Self starter with deep interest in tech – we want someone who will come in with opinions, and shape our engineering practices and decisions for the better
Back end, front end, database design, infra – you’ve done it all
Building products end to end is where you shine
An eye for design – you’ll have an important role in making the product look great
If you don’t know something, you learn what’s needed to get the job done

Technologies you’ll work with:

Nodejs, Typescript, AWS, MariaDb and MongoDB
React Native for Frontend
Whatever else you decide – we’re constantly re-evaluating our stack and tools
Having prior experience with the technologies is a plus, but not mandatory for skilled candidates

Overview of the Job

You won’t have to wait years at Tejas for your code to be implemented in the product. You will gain extensive technical knowledge and witness the complete SDLC. Tejas solutions provide high-speed interfaces and cross-connects with GPON, TDM, OTN, packet, and hybrid data rates ranging from gigabits to several terabits. You will gain knowledge of the whole SDLC and assume technical responsibility for’spec-to-field’ problems.

Responsibilities

Platform and software verification for the entire product portfolio
Verify transmission, switching and routing use cases and Architecture on Tejas Engineered Products against Global Telecom standards.
Innovate and develop automation frameworks to eliminate mundane repetitive tasks to test product limits beyond human capabilities.
Innovate and develop web-based tools

2022, 2021 batch BE/B.Tech/ME/MTech (CS/IT/EC)
Good Academic record
8 CGPA
Excellent in C, C++ coding skills
Excellent in Linux

Job Description:

Understand the functional/ non functional requirements gathered from the stakeholders (Architect Product Manager Product Lead Client) for enhancement.
Participate in cross functional meetings to review Product Marketing Requirements and Functional Requirements and create clarification list to resolve ambiguities.
Conduct feasibility study to understand the impact of the requirements on the existing product.
Provide inputs to the development lead on the estimations.
Understand new / complex product requirements (functional and non functional).
Create a low level design document (which captures class level diagram and attributes mapped to the class and sequence diagram) based on the understanding of high level design.
Seek review inputs from the Architect and incorporate the same.
