Eligibility Criteria for Datamark Recruitment 2022:

Diploma or Any Graduate,
Previous Process Associate alpha/numeric experience

Job Descriptions:

The Process Associate I is responsible for processing information while using a desktop computer. The operator will be compiling, coding and documenting all information provided from specific sources. The Operator must be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM with a 98% accuracy rating in numeric or alpha/numeric mix. The Operator must be able to key from written and image source documents according to the specific client requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

Process Associate must enter information accurately in a timely fashion using specified DATAMARK procedures
Key required fields per current business rules and work instructions
All other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

English Language Proficiency to sufficiently read and comprehend written instruction
Ability to read documentation and follow various forms of processing documentation
Ability to change between various work tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and timeliness expectations
Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and priorities easily
Ability to learn quickly while in a training setting
Basic computer and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to follow instructions
