FedEx is pivoting to “Build the network for what’s next” by “Innovating Digitally” and at India COE (Centre of Excellence), we are creating critical capabilities as part of the next generation strategy for FedEx. The India COE (Centre of Excellence) supports global stakeholders across diverse domains such as strategic pricing, digital solutions, revenue management, forecasting and advanced analytics. What differentiates India COE (Centre of Excellence) as a team is its consultative and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias to understand problems and innovate solutions. As a team, we have an end-to-end business view – across multiple regions and operating companies, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams within FedEx.
Our team of specialists – comprising Data analysts, Decision Scientists, Deal Analysts, Data Engineers and Commercial Pricing and Revenue Management analysts work on digital innovation and data transformation serving our internal business and creating a strong impact on revenue and profit strategies.

Eligibility:
- The competition is open to
- Final year students pursuing a full-time two-year MBA program
- Final year B.E./B.Tech students across India
- Preferred specializations:
- MBA: Business Analytics, Big Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance Sales & Marketing, Strategy, General Management and Operations (Pre – MBA Work Experience: 0-4 years)
- Engineering: All Streams
Competition Structure:
Round 1 – Online Aptitude Assessment (Data/Marketing Analyst):
- All the registered candidates will undertake an online aptitude assessment on their chosen track at the time of registration
- The aptitude assessment will contain questions on general aptitude
- This is an elimination round*
Round 2 – Case Submission Round:
- The candidates will have to submit a presentation with the solutions for the case study
- Maximum permissible size: 20 MB
- Maximum number of slides:10
- The candidates also have to submit their latest CV in PDF format
- The candidates are requested to upload their presentations a few hours before the deadline to avoid high traffic closer to the deadline
- This is an elimination round*
Round 3 – Interview Round: Shortlisted candidates from the case study submission round will be interviewed by FedEx’s interview panel for the open positions
Rewards & Prizes:
- Shortlisted candidates will be offered a full-time opportunity with the FedEx India COE (Centre of Excellence) Team*
- Annual compensation offered can be up to INR 20 LPA subject to conditions including but not limited to role fitment, institute, years of experience
- Date of Joining: April – July 2023
- Location of Positions: Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi NCR
*Selection numbers will be as per FedEx India COE’s discretion

Skills Required

•Academic % Criteria
o10th,12th, Graduation- Above 60% in all
oCandidates should have NO active backlog /ATKT
oDeclare gaps in education if any along with relevant proofs.
•Courses & Discipline: Only Full time Engineering and Science graduates from BSc-IT/CS/General, BCA, BCS, B. E, M.E., BTech, MTech, MCA will be considered from year-of-passing 2021 and 2022 from any recognized university/college (Part-time/Correspondence courses will not be considered)
•Candidates with offers can apply
