The account teams, computer operators, and other support groups all receive technical support from the data centre operations analyst. To ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the Data Center, they carry out tasks in both a mainframe and a client server environment, maintain ongoing technical applications, and offer assistance. In the mainframe and server settings, they are in charge of scheduling software support, allocating workloads between scheduled and unscheduled tasks, supporting code promotion, and reporting products. You’ll be accountable for the following:

• Finalized formal mentoring
• High-complexity assignments – autonomous segment owner or enhancement
• Assignments of moderate difficulty – augmentation (1 or >) or owner
• Low complexity assignments with an owner of 1 or more
• May influence a different person
• Being able to perceive the big picture
• Perform some operational requirements and give level 1 associates training.
