We are looking for an engineer in the SDI group responsible for building infrastructure and tools for cloud platforms that will craft the future. You will be part of every stage of development from concept to deployment in a startup-like environment where products are still being defined and developed, giving you the chance to influence some of the core tools used by the project. The ideal candidate will architect, build and scale a robust ecosystem for software defined network engineering. Job Requirements:
Experience in building developer platforms at scale and technology transformations and migration to one or more Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Ali is highly desired
Expert in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as Terraform, Pulumi, and experience implementing large scale Terraform/Pulumi IaC in public clouds is a must
Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
Network functions virtualization (NFV).
Network Design and Optimization (NDO).
Experience in Cloud Infrastructure Architecture, with working knowledge in technology domains such as distributed internet-scale web or mobile applications, complex networking implementations, highly secured workloads, DevOps, Serverless, Big Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, enterprise workloads, high-performance databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Working knowledge of cloud native architectures, with experience designing, building, refactoring or operating large scale and impactful distributed systems – either on premises or in the cloud
Certified at Solution Architect Professional (AWS) or Cloud Architect Professional (GCP) or VMWare Certified Solution Architect. Proven skills & sound knowledge of Infrastructure design (Network, Compute, Storage).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global organization and across time zones
Strong ability to prioritize, deliver on time and drive closures
High tolerance for ambiguity
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of cloud infrastructure automation to support cloud adoption
Build services on cloud and/or provide standard Infrastructure as code (IaC) modules Work on complex distributed systems, deployed across multi cloud environment such as in AWS, GCP, Ali
Full-software ownership from idea to running in production: design, code, writing unit tests, performing integration tests, deploying to production, supporting the system in the production environments
Leading the Technical strategy and Architecture of one or more Managed Services Offerings, across Hybrid and Public Clouds.
Collaborate with a small team of developers, test engineers, and product management to scale and optimize cloud platforms, while keeping costs and efforts sustainable
Streamline, automate and consolidate complex infrastructure
Influence and lead multi-functional initiatives that will align the team towards commonly used technologies and methodologies
