We develop and operate services that make that data available to customers, service technicians and use analytics to identify new business opportunities.

The SAP PP/QM Trainee is part of the Global AMS team that ensures business applications run successfully and are error free.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling tickets (INC/SR/PRB) as per guidelines
• Must gain the knowledge about SAP PP/QM/VC modules
• Must provide necessary support to colleagues during support situations
• Must review all internal process documents
• Must adhere to defined company policies, values and code of conduct
• Must follow way of working that complies with Audit requirements
• Must work in various shifts for timely support to customers whenever needed.
• Good to build effective communication and rapport with all stakeholders
• Good to contribute in continuous improvement ideas for improving efficiency of team
• Good to take initiatives in learning opportunities along with SAP Skills as well as in other extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Must have at least basic SAP PP/QM/VC knowledge
• Good to have working experience on SAP system as End User / Key User
• Good to have certification in SAP
