Responsibilities:
- Class creation: Based on the training calendar create sessions in the LMS, add needed resources and evaluation. Share the registration link to the SPOC / L&D coordinators.
- Roster update: Post completion of training, skill team SPOC / L&D coordinators shares the attendance sheet. LMS analyst to mark the attendance in the respective class in the LMS system.
- Reports: Post training, download completion, evaluation and adhoc reports.
- Support in L&D related communication.
- Hourly employees training and feedback maintenance.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. This position is expected to handle global work partners.
