This position is handling end to end L1 & L2 support for GWIM applications which includes Incident Management, Change and Release Management , Daily/weekly/ Monthly reporting, Application Monitoring , responding to Upstream/Downstream queries. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, potential risks and increased efficiencies as part of Batch Optimization. He provides 14*5 support and on-call weekend support from India. In order to continue to provide BAU support for all GWIM applications we’d need to back fill this position.
