The India COE (Centre of Excellence) supports global stakeholders across diverse domains such as strategic pricing, digital solutions, revenue management, forecasting and advanced analytics. Our team of specialists – comprising Data analysts, Decision Scientists, Deal Analysts, Data Engineers and Commercial Pricing and Revenue Management analysts work on digital innovation and data transformation serving our internal business and creating a strong impact on revenue and profit strategies.

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to
  • Final year students pursuing a full-time two-year MBA program
  • Final year B.E./B.Tech students across India
• Preferred specializations:
  • MBA: Business Analytics, Big Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance Sales & Marketing, Strategy, General Management and Operations (Pre – MBA Work Experience: 0-4 years)
  • Engineering: All Streams

Competition Structure: 

Round 1 – Online Aptitude Assessment (Data/Marketing Analyst):

• All the registered candidates will undertake an online aptitude assessment on their chosen track at the time of registration
• The aptitude assessment will contain questions on general aptitude
• This is an elimination round*

Round 2 – Case Submission Round:

• The candidates will have to submit a presentation with the solutions for the case study
• Maximum permissible size: 20 MB
• Maximum number of slides:10
• The candidates also have to submit their latest CV in PDF format
• The candidates are requested to upload their presentations a few hours before the deadline to avoid high traffic closer to the deadline
• This is an elimination round*

Round 3 – Interview Round: Shortlisted candidates from the case study submission round will be interviewed by FedEx’s interview panel for the open positions

Rewards & Prizes:

• Shortlisted candidates will be offered a full-time opportunity with the FedEx India COE (Centre of Excellence) Team*
• Annual compensation offered can be up to INR 20 LPA subject to conditions including but not limited to role fitment, institute, years of experience
• Date of Joining: April – July 2023
• Location of Positions: Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi NCR
