Job Description:
- To be part of India Benefits and Compliance Team which includes PF, ESI,PT, CLRA among others.
- Responsible for ensuring above mentioned employee related statutory compliance working with the team
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in preparing the reports as per the defined timelines
- Prepare documents and coordinate with external labor consultants towards submission of records to both internal and external audits
- Support in managing Benefits programs roll out and own the identified process
- Share any ad hoc reports as and when required for the stakeholders
- Support on any special projects and initiatives within People Function
