Job Description:
In Chennai, India, we are searching for a “Associate Engineer – Mechanical Design.” A highly energetic, results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive individual with a solid understanding of mechanical design and development is required for this position. Strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation, communication, dispute resolution, and stakeholder relationship management abilities are also required. Customer attention, strategic thinking, functional excellence, integrity and ethics, and professional maturity are all key competency criteria.
Overall, the candidate should have 3 to 4 years of mechanical product design and development expertise. Good understanding of the sheetmetal fabrication process and material choices. Collaboration with the product engineering team in the United States is required. Create a product that adheres to IEEE and NEMA standards.
