As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for proactively monitoring system and application alarms, as well as investigating, analysing, and resolving alarms and service requests. You will be working on client systems’ front end (Windows server), back end (UNIX based servers), middleware, and database in this capacity.

You’ll also prioritise and manage work queues in accordance with service level agreements, investigate documents, resolve issues, and refer issues to appropriate second-level staff for resolution.
