Role & Responsibilities

As a member of the team, candidate has to take care of following role and responsibilities

Frontend Developer

• The candidate will work on the development and maintenance of Workflowlabs products and other software services.
• Develop features across multiple subsystems within our applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, coding, testing and deployment
• Understand how our applications operate, are structured, and how customers use them
• Provide engineering support (when necessary) to other teams who are responsible for deployment and help them with debugging issues (when needed)

Backend Developer

• The candidate will work on the development and maintenance of Workflow Labs products and other software services.
• Develop features across multiple subsystems within our applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, coding, testing and deployment
• Understand how our applications operate, are structured, and how customers use them
• Provide engineering support (when necessary) to other teams who are responsible for deployment and help them with debugging issues (when needed)

System Engineer

• Coordinate with Vendors & software support team during installation of the  product:
• Log support issues with Vendors on client behalf and coordinate on the ticket  closure
• Maintain a database of all the equipment dispatched to customers. Track  warranties
• Install OS and utilities
• Network issues troubleshooting (Any networking certificated welcome)
• Maintain office infrastructure (Wishlist requirement)
• Good English email writing skills

Digital Marketing Executive

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess  against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database,  email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence, Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across  multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Qualification and Skills required for Workflowlabs off campus drive 2022

Candidate shall meet the given eligibility criteria

• BE/B.Tech/BSc / BCA / MCA/ MBA
• 2020/21/22 batch
• Good knowledge of the below programming languages
• Proven working knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g. DART, Atlas)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Selection Process

Workflowlabs off campus drive 2022

The Selection process of Workflowlabs includes the multiple round of interview. Whosoever clear the first round will move to another round of Interviews. The interview rounds are as follows:

• Technical Interview
• HR Interview
