• L1 remote help is offered for all five operating systems (Linux, Mac, Windows, Chrome, and Android), with specified escalation protocols and basic OS troubleshooting skills.
• L1 remote assistance is given for software and applications up to the point of installation and basic use; if necessary, escalation or filing a bug with programme owners is necessary.
• Employs troubleshooting methods to find network-related problems
• Provides assistance with system administration and simple hardware troubleshooting for servers, VMs, and desktops.
• In accordance with established/documented standards, policies, and procedures, assist staff members with access and account difficulties.
• Attends the necessary technical training sessions and utilises Knowledge Bases (KBs) properly to address difficulties
• Ensures that the overall service level targets are met by adhering to the timetable.
