Job Description:

Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling up of IT infrastructure & Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Responsibilities:

• Network maintenance – Configuring LAN, bridge, router
• Software Security maintenance – Configuring firewalls, installing security software
• Hosting and maintaining web applications
• Create and maintain documentation for network operations
•  System maintenance – Hardware & Software installation

Skills:-

• Managing Active directory, DHCP, DNS
• Support for Windows Desktops and laptop: Installation and Troubleshooting
• Installation, Configuration of Local and Network Printers.
• Asset Management
• Troubleshoot technology issues
• Coordinating all IT Related purchase
• Perform remote troubleshooting
• Maintain and upgrade equipment as needed
• Work with existing vendors to evaluate new technology
• Monitor the performance of a company’s desktop infrastructure and provide suggestions to improve efficiency.
• Train end users when new software or IT regulations arrive at a company
