• Help Customers resolve onboard onto the system, resolve any issues and support upgrades and other rollouts
• Work with Customers to help them use the Software, resolve any bugs/issues
• Use Javascript to tailor the user interface to Customer-specific workflows
• Build customized reports for Customers by updating SQL procedures and queries
• Usd monitored metrics to optimize the software for Customers, track and verify rollouts
