Job Description :
A support professional provides its customers with high degree of customer satisfaction in providing high quality support; provides Microsoft customers with responsive and reliable technical solutions and information.
Individuals in a global support environment are required to have advanced communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Represent Microsoft and communicate to company customers through telephone, written correspondence or e-service to find solutions in Microsoft products for technically complex problems.
- To solving (at different levels) highly complex problems that involve a broad, in-depth knowledge of the product or an in-depth product specialty. These problems are often not only technically complicated and require maximum customer expertise.
- Responsible for the effective management and thorough documentation of the relationship with these customers.
- Work with resources from other groups as necessary to solve customer problems on cross-team and cross-product technical issues. When appropriate, cooperate with Tech Leads and stages.
- Take part in case triage meetings to share knowledge and develop efficient customer solution with other engineers.
- Share best practises with team members consistently. Act as technical resources for broad and complex matters and can usually be moderately strategic. Capacity to develop and provide other engineers with “profound” technical training.
- Write intricate technical articles and sample knowledge base programmes.
