Job Responsibilities:-

Some of the world’s most powerful supercomputers have been developed by IBM Systems. The technology used for circuit development shrinks.
New technologies and foundries require a quicker turnaround to develop the physical designs that are eventually made from silicon. The layout design also known as a mask layout design is constrained by the foundry and by new technologies. Some of the world’s most powerful supercomputers have been developed by IBM Systems.
The IBM India Systems Development Lab (ISDL) server memory development team is working on the most modern memory-specific server class technology, including the development of DDR4 & DDDR5 DRAM DIMM, MRAM, SSD/FLASH memory subsystem architecture and storage class memory.
You will have the opportunity to learn about the architecture of server memory subsystems and emerging trends in memory technology. Validation & competitive analysis of new technologies and supplier prototype/engineering samples, together with practical experience in a POWER Server Laboratory, are also expected.
At the end of the project, a POWER server should have been demonstrated, improvements to current test techniques and a more in-depth insight of the server storage architecture should be suggested.
