Cleartax off campus drive: Responsibilities
- Identify underlying problems by analyzing data and research
- Work closely with sales/marketing/ tech/ content/ training and product design to solve identified problems.
- Constantly improve important metrics through right interventions.
- Build SOPs required to run and scale operations within and outside the designated function
- Project Management – Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to resolve issues affecting the delivery of customer expectations
- Track and provide regular status updates on project deliverables and progress to all stakeholders
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business functions, project stakeholders and senior leadership team
