Job Responsibilities:-
Application engineering profile provides you an opportunity to design application by understanding customer problems and requirements. Design innovative solutions to address their needs using latest technologies. Provide assistance to customers in case of any issues over email or call as required.
It provides direct exposure to end customers and channels which give an opportunity to learn things quickly in short span of time and groom yourself.
Skills:-
- Must have excellent logical, analytical and communication skills
- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of technologies/platforms – Linux OS, Windows OS, Networking, SQL
- Scripting (shell, perl, python) knowledge would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Cloud, Data analytics concepts would be an advantage
