Job Description:

Operations Specialist position responsible for support of next generation cloud-based systems and services that power Gartner’s $400M worldwide Conferences business.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Be a part of the technical support team with a career path opportunity to be part core dev team.
• Have a clear understanding of all the supported systems within the IT infrastructure.
• Approach should be proactive, rather than reactive.
• Provide first line troubleshooting and resolutions upon initial checks, using our internal knowledge base & various other sources.
• Ensure that all internal stakeholders have been properly communicated during the major incidents and critical situation.
• Meet or exceed all the process requirements
• Liaise with IT colleagues, Conference L1 Support team, technical support group, includes both infra and apps, and other business units as required.
• Ensure all the incidents are logged, dealt with, escalated, and communicated appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Accurate technical knowledgebase, documentation, policies, and processes are maintained to a high level.
• Must documents all handoff notes.
• At times may be required to stay long hours, when needed.
