Adding, editing, or deleting agency sources
Providing feedback and suggestions when issues and concerns are encountered
Keeping track of completed tasks, initiatives, and upcoming responsibilities on a regular basis.
Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates – Conduct the required research per process in order to solve the reported issue.
Perform data attribute editing – Make accurate edits on map as required & evident from research
Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist
Close the ticket – per process with appropriate closing actions
Experience:
Experience in POI systems is mandatory
Should be flexible with Shift Timings.
First level back up for the team lead in production control and quality monitoring activities.
