Job Description:-
The Individual we are seeking to hire is a hands-on developer/technologist with good design and development skills. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing features and resolving incidents/issues in existing enterprise applications. This individual is expected to work directly with Product Owners & Architects and senior engineers across our team, as well as other technical and business stakeholders across the organization in a fast paced agile environment.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Understand the existing enterprise applications in detail: the business process, business benefit, environments, modules, setup, code and build & deployment.
- Apply critical thinking and question/understand the reasoning behind technical decisions and suggest/improve/simplify the business process & technical components in the scope.
- Write code and do incremental builds of applications to non-production environments and get involved in planning and implementation in production.
- Explore libraries, techniques, tools and suggest appropriately to improve developer productivity and application quality
Skills:
- This is requirement is for a person with 2-5 years of experience in design, development and implementation of Power Platform technologies – PowerApps, Power Automate
- Good working experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, MS Flow.
- Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
- Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps
- Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods.
- Knowledge of Automating business processes with Microsoft Flow.
- Ability to create custom connectors for Microsoft Flow.
- Experience with API or rest services integrations Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources
- Willing to learn leading edge Microsoft enterprise cloud technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Office 365, Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in Javascript development and javascript libraries.
- Very hands-on in coding and having a developer mindset to software development and integration and open to learn new tools & technologies as required
- Have thorough understanding of application design principles and patterns, and design as per Architecture guidance.
- Experience & hands-on on Linux environment & Shell Scripting
- Exposure to Cloud Computing
- Independent in Identifying business critical gaps and discrepancies; actively propose Technical solutions
- Independent and self-starting and can work with stakeholders/support teams driving to a solution taking full ownership
