Job Description:
- Survey of min 150 claims per month
- Maintain or reduce average claim size of survey assign to him.
- Maintain or reduce TAT for the survey assign to him.
- Maintain settlement ratio (target assign by Manager) of the claims/survey done by him.
- Actively participation in loss minimization activity assigned by Claim manager.
Skills:-
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible & adaptable to change.
- Well versed with MS Office.
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
