BE/ B.Tech in Computers/ Electronics Engineering

Job Description:

You will be responsible for full application development cycle including analysis, design, development, testing (unit/regression), documentation, implementation and monitoring of real time Big Data applications utilizing Apache Hadoop, Spark, MR, Hive, Presto, KAFKA, HBase, Cassandra and Mongo DB. Having an analytical mindset with good communication skills, working in teams, and a commitment to shipping quality code on time will help you succeed in this journey.

Requirements:-

• Good knowledge on development process utilizing Agile methodology.
• Hands on & Production deployment experience on Cloudera or HortonWorks Platform
• Experience with all aspects of data systems including database design, ETL, aggregation strategy, performance optimization.
• Strong SQL experience with the ability to develop, tune and debug complex SQL applications is required
• Expertise in schema design, developing data models and proven ability to work with complex data is required
• Hands on experience with programming language Java/Python/Scala
• Hands-on experience with Linux and shell scripting
• Hands-on experience with Big data eco systems.
• Develop custom User Defined Function (UDF’s) in Hive to transform the large volumes of data with respect to business requirement.
• Solid working knowledge of source version control software (Subversion, Git)
