Eligibility Criteria for TVS Motors Recruitment 2022:
BE/ B.Tech – Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering.
Job Duties:
- Good engineering fundamentals – Strength of materials, Applied mechanics, Finite element methods, Weld strength and fatigue
Proficient in Linear and Non-linear static analysis, Modal, Harmonic and PSD response simulation of components and assemblies - Perform duty cycle based fatigue simulation on chassis and BIW structure
Design optimization and propose design changes based on FEA analysis, manufacturing and packaging constrains - Establishing Correlation between Test Results and Simulation
- Ensuring 100% Quality On-Time Delivery
- Optimization based for weight and cost reduction
- Develop methods to capture new failure modes and improve predictions for existing failure modes
- Hands on experience with HyperMesh, HyperView, Nastran / Optistruct, FEMFAT / Hyperlife / n-code
