Requirements:-
- Continually improves operations through routine monitoring of system performance metrics and proactive actions.
- Reviewing of system log files, trend analysis, configuration, incident and problem management processes.
- Recommends and works with the Solution and Enterprise Architect on system or architectural changes when needed to improve performance, high availability, scalability, or propose innovative technologies.
- Ensures architectural consistency and provides technical direction through roadmap process, knowledge management, disaster recovery plan development and testing.
- Creating all the necessary documentation for any changes in the environment or innovative technology deployments as reference architecture for the global operation team.

Job Description:
You work with Micron’s business units on a regular basis to ensure solutions meet or exceed business needs. You are expected to propose, promote and exploit published standards in order to minimise the complexity of the environment and guarantee compliance with the regulations. You will be able to visit other Micron sites as well as technology conferences and training sessions.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide day to day technology directions within Windows Server, VMware, and Citrix
- Maintain global collaboration with the other Micron IT operations teams, both internal and external to I&O
