We are hiring a passionate, driven and fast-learning Business Analyst to execute the collection, elicitation, and recording of data across day-to-day and strategic projects, and to extract key business insights to drive continuous improvements across these.
You will identify the key metrics within strategic projects, and build out relevant reports and dashboards which capture and present the story behind these numbers via actionable insights.
You will measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales team and of category merchants, and identify key areas for improvement that require both tactical and strategic interventions.
You will have the pulse of the business, in terms of health, opportunities and key areas of improvement.
You will design dashboards for Business Heads which help in defining and tracking metrics which are essential to the health of the business.
You will learn, understand and grow in your work which spans across partnerships with the top Indian and international merchant partners across fashion, travel, furniture, food and electronics.
You will learn and collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Risk, Marketing, Product, Operations, Strategy) to gather meaningful data as and when required, to bring a holistic perspective into the analysis of the Ecommerce business.
You will report directly to an experienced Category Leader with expertise and knowledge in the area.
About you
You possess advanced Excel skills, and have used one or more of SQL, Mixpanel, Tableau, DataStudio and Salesforce.
You live, breathe and eat numbers, and possess an intuition to identify patterns and trends within it.
You have experience in handling big datasheets (structured or unstructured data), and an ability to understand business problems and convert them into actionable data.
You work with a structured approach, and are skilled at tackling multiple streams with responsiveness, consistency and direction.
You have strong story-telling & articulation skills with the ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive business insights & recommendations for technical & non-technical audience.
You are a self-learner and a doer, who can dive right into ambiguity and fast-changing environment.

Skills And Qualifications
Proficient with Objective-C or Swift
Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT
Any prior experience of building an iOS app is a big plus Skills:- Objective C, Swift, iOS App Development and API
Minimum Engagement period required: 6 Months
Conditions
Internships are on a voluntary basis and Intern is not entitled to wages or a promise of employment at the completion of the Internship. No office space will be provided and interns will have to work from home. OpenForge platform (https://openforge.gov.in) will be utilized by the interns for collaboration and to submit their work for review.
