Eligibility Criteria for Fidelity Investments Recruitment 2022:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and execute on documents reporting and audit needs with accuracy
- Strong knowledge of sql, MS Access, MS Excel, Alteryx, Knime
- Positive attitude and results-oriented approach
- Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of Fidelity Health Care Operations preferred
- Understanding of HOBS, Populates, FHB, CWE, Snowflake and WIDE data structures and dictionaries
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
Job Description:-
The Configuration Analyst is a member of the Health & Welfare Domain organization. This is an exciting role that offers an opportunity to blend your systems analysis, critical thinking, and analytical skills. The Configuration Analyst is responsible for providing configuration solutions for the Fidelity Health Benefits (FHB) offering. Specifically, the Configuration Analyst will partner with product development scrum teams in an Agile Environment to identify configuration required for feature design, create and test standard configuration as part of capability delivery, and ensure that product regression testing suites on standard configuration is maintained. As a member of the Health & Welfare Domain’s configuration team, the Configuration Analyst interactions with the team will model Fidelity leadership principles to sustain an agile innovative culture and build a positive environment.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Partner with the Squad Leader / Scrum Master to understand the goals and work for each sprint
- Lead FHB configuration solutioning and deliverables and deliver high quality results
- Problem solving/process improvement skills
- Perform data analysis and reporting for effective product decisions
- Identify problems with business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution which may impact the system design
- Review and build test scenarios for Unit and Regression Testing
- Perform root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations
- Commit to Agile values, pillars, and priorities to fortify your Agile squad
Skills:
- Excellent logical reasoning, interpersonal & analytical thinking
- Possess a competence in application/technology experience such as PLSQL, SQL, MS Access. Should be able to understand, write and process complex SQL queries
- Experience with related desktop software tools (MS Office, JIRA)
- Oracle Apps/ HRMS/ OAB
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources
- Strong attention to detail and independent judgment
- Evidence of organizational skills to define and meet deadlines within an Agile squad structure
- Ability to assess gaps between offering and client needs to recommend solutions
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Flexible, ability to multi-task and work with various members of the build team on multiple initiatives
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment
- Understanding of the software development project life cycle process
