• Software application/system design, development, and implementation.

What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree programme in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• One or more years of Java or Node.js coding experience is required.
• RESTful APIs have been used to construct scalable online services.
• Database expertise is required.

Even better if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar discipline is required.
• Working knowledge of real-time communication products.
• Understanding of infrastructure services like Zookeeper as well as caching products like Couchbase.
• Scaling large, high-transaction-volume web services is a plus.
• Contributions to open source projects that have been made.
