The Associate Technical Consultant works with the Global Services project teams to help ensure the WFS Suite products being developed comply with the needs of the customer and are delivered successfully by gathering and defining the customer’s documented workforce management business requirements and validating their expected results.
- Work on project implementation assignments and follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data.
- Demonstrate technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstances.
- Possesses analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong Programming skills and SQL knowledge are preferred.
