Eligibility Criteria for Siemens Energy Recruitment 2022:
- You should be First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputed Institution
- Minimum relevant work experience of 0-3 years, preferably in Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
- Working knowledge of API Standards (614, 617), P&ID’s, Data Sheets, bill of material, Globus AutoCAD, NX and Microsoft Office. Ability to work in team environment, good verbal and written communication skills.
Job Description:
- Read and understand client specifications including equipment, industry standards (i.e., API, ASME, etc), and Siemens Energy standards, and apply to the design of auxiliary equipment.
- Design knowledge of Turbomachine (preferably Gas Turbine) auxiliaries like Baseplate, Lube Oil Console, Fuel Systems, Gas Seal System, Water wash System etc.
- Prepare auxiliary systems diagrams and bills of material to meet contract requirements.
- Experience in selection of Instruments, control valve sizing/selection, wiring of instruments within package
- Prepare specifications for piping, installation and systems drafting to meet customer requirements.
- Write Specifications suitable for the procurement of instrumentation and wiring components like Junction box, cable, etc.
- Write and issue technical documentation as directed.
- Responsible to ensure that all packaged equipment designs meet the Company design rules and current practices.
- Assist the Test Department in resolving systems related problems.
- Assist Field Service Department in resolving systems related problems.
- Meets assigned task requirements in a timely manner, with minimal supervision.
- Identifies any design problems or omissions and takes appropriate corrective action.
- Conduct or attend engineering meetings with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Works well as a team player to solve problems. Helps and encourages co-workers.
- Works within the spirit of the company Code of Conduct and other company policies.
