Responsibilities
- Help Customers resolve onboard onto the system, resolve any issues and support upgrades and other rollouts
- Work with Customers to help them use the Software, resolve any bugs/issues
- Use Javascript to tailor the user interface to Customer-specific workflows
- Build customized reports for Customers by updating SQL procedures and queries
- Usd monitored metrics to optimize the software for Customers, track and verify rollouts
Qualification and Skills Required
- BE/B.Tech
- C#, SQL, Datadog, Javascript, Python Redshift, AWS, SQL
