Job Description :
• Skills/experience:
1. Good programming language knowledge, including C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
2. Solid practical experience managing open-source projects.
3. Solid knowledge of Windows OS internals and fundamentals.
4. Proficient debugging abilities, preferably for Windows OS, for embedded applications.
5. Knowledge of Windows debugging software, such as Visual Studio, WinDBG, Event Viewer, PerfMon, etc.
6. Effective communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate is expected to assist clients in effectively launching their applications on the WoS platform and to assist in resolving any problems they encounter. Additionally, the candidate would be involved in upgrading or porting applications for Snapdragon-based devices.
- Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are crucial requirements because the candidate will likely contact with numerous internal teams and represent Qualcomm in external forums.
- The ideal candidate will be hands-on and willing to independently experiment with and investigate solutions.
- It will be very beneficial to have good exposure to open source projects and the internals of the Windows operating system.
