Job Description

PubMatic is looking for an Optimization and Algorithms Specialist to design and implement next-generation, highly scalable, and low-latency ad server capabilities in our AD Server at a scale of 100 billion or more queries per day.

Job Functions:

Working knowledge of C in a Linux/UNIX environment is preferred. It’s beneficial to have prior knowledge of the GO programming language.
Perl/Python/Shell scripting experience is required.
Working understanding of how the internet works, including the HTTP protocol, cookies, caching, DNS, and CDNs.
Working knowledge of databases, preferably MySQL, is preferred.
Live on production, troubleshoot any existing feature concerns.
Know how to use a product from beginning to conclusion.
Data Structures and Algorithms are well-understood.

Experience with software architecture and design.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-direct.

Qualifications

BE/ME/M.Tech/BCS/MCS/BCS/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent.
