Job Description:
- As AR Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Customer set-up for video business customers
- Working closely with sales team and contract partners team to resolve any issues and pending queries
- Supporting billing activities
- Various ad-hoc requests
Job Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service / Order Management / Finance
- Very good English and good communication skills
- Salesforce and SAP knowledge is a plus
- Great attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a cooperative team member
- Good time and tasks management skills, ability to work under time pressure
