EY Off campus 2022 drive: Responsibilities
- Assists the client team and facilitates and drives the process to conclusion by responding to requests from risk management consultants.
- Recognises essential standards set out by the firm’s and the regulators’ RM regulations and policies
- Performs first evaluation of client teams’ submissions and assesses the completeness, accuracy, and suitability of proposed transactions and requests.
- Serves as a link between the client teams, other team members, and various functional divisions of the company.
- Creates responses to client inquiries
- Utilises project management techniques and tools, including analysis
- Learns about the business strategies, service offerings, and personnel of the company.
- Creates a network of contacts inside Risk Management and throughout the company
- Plans and arranges one’s own work while updating others on progress and activities
Qualification and Skills Required for EY hiring
- Graduate or PG
- Good written and oral communication skill
- Good negotiation skills and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in a hands-on analytical role with a focus on analyzing business problems
- Advance Excel knowledge, data visualization knowledge in added advantage
- Good experience of handling large set of data
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI etc. is an added advantage
