Eligibility Criteria for GE Aviation Recruitment 2021:

- Mechanical/Electrical Diploma with Honors.
- 2–3 years of expertise in the rotary engineering business, such as motors, generators, and alternators, with first-hand mechanical assembly experience
Job Summary:
The Junior Engineer (Assembly) – TMA Loco is responsible for motor and alternator assembly as part of the GE India Multi-modal Loco team. He or she will also be in charge of safety, process creation and trial runs, continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen, 5S, and LEAN principles. Will be responsible for doing the task according to established standards and processes, as well as implementing QMS procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with a wide range of machinery, tools, and equipment
- Edgewise winding, Annealing, Upset and radius press, Clamp & cement, and assembly are all processes that require hands-on experience.
- He or she should be familiar with managing equipment such as a 500 tonne press, a furnace, winding machines, and an overhead crane.
- Self-inspection of parts in accordance with the drawing/standard criteria.
- Responsible for production according to the production plan and HPT performance.
- Capacity to learn and apply a variety of digital tools.
- All EHS regulations must be met, as well as a comprehension of EHS documents such as the SRA, Heatmap, and SOD, as well as active support for EHS initiatives in the plant.
- Apprentice must be trained in the processes.
- Work according to the usual work definition and produce the output.
- Should have a working knowledge of spinning machines and equipment.
- Using 5S tools to maintain a healthy working environment.
- Brazing abilities are preferred.
