Responsibilities:
- Selection and Recruitment O&S- Complete recruitment processes, head count monitoring and control. Maintain your employees’ private records.
- Onboarding procedure: The entire process of onboarding a new employee.
- Facilitating the operations of the T&C subcommittee on learning and development. TNIs for O&S and contract labour are completed, and training records are updated.
- Goal-setting, MYR, ACR processes, self and manager evaluation processes, and other processes are made easier by the PMS process.
- Payroll: Having in-depth knowledge of the method used to determine CTC structure. Planning and communication for funds UKSC.
- Activity for Employee Engagement & wellbeing: Organising and planning initiatives for employee wellbeing.
- Make sure the insurance and policies are renewed monthly or annually for Mediclaim/GPA/Nischint/Sunichint.
- Manpower planning and other MIS reporting are included.
- Handling disciplinary actions, legal issues, and resolving employee concerns are all part of industrial relations. to retain a friendly connection with locals, local leaders, and to preserve industrial peace around the factory.
- Statutory compliance- All required annual returns, statutory audits, and employment exchange audits connected to the PF ESIC Factories Act.
