Job Overview
As an Engineer – Software Development, you will build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design. To do so, you will gather user requirements, define system functionality and write code in various languages.
As an Analyst – Application Support, you will provide technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required. You will often respond to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions.
What will you do?
- First level analysis of issues in all environments from technical perspective
- Solution related to deployment, setup, Fileman related issues
- Maintaining Daily Time Sheet of self
- Registering relevant details in Issue Register including RCA (root cause analysis)
- Co-ordination or followup for revert from Development, Infrastructure etc Teams
- Pickup “Deployment and Environment Upgrade” skills as backup member
- Availability is required between 9am to 9pm on rotational basis
Qualification/ Eligibility Criteria and Skills Required
- Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle
- Proficiency in Dot Net, C#, MVC
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of critical thinking, and problem solving
- Proficiency in software engineering tools
- Ability to document requirements and specifications
- Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent
