Eligibility Criteria for Regal Beloit Recruitment 2021:

Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech Mechanical Engineering.

Requirements:

Experience: up to 3 years’ relevant mechanical engineering expertise OR at least 5 years’ mechanical engineering graduation in the mechanical industry.
Solid Edge CAD experience must be required. An additional benefit will be the experience with SolidWorks/Creo/AutoCAD.
Full of designs and models.
It is necessary to know GD&T, draught standards and international material standards.
Industrial standards experience like DIN, AGMA, API, ANSI… (preferred)
Capable of reviewing and reading technical drawings and specifications such as GD&T, material standards, etc.
GA/layout/assembly and production diagrams of machined components expertise
An additional advantage is the exposure to power transmission products
Any ERP software work experience will be a further benefit.
A further advantage is the knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, plastic moulding
3D modelling and rendering in any rendering software work for the new or existing part. Visualization experience is a plus. SOLIDWORKS

Job Description :

Power Transmission Solutions is a Regal division and is a large-scale producer of mechanical drives, layers and components. The main focus is on CAD/design support for orders / quotas, engineering change requirements as well as projects of the bearings and components enterprise, and this position is part of our Bearings & Components Technik team. This position is responsible for executing orders and engineering modifications for the products of bearings and components.

Job Responsibilities:

Run orders and quotas for products such as bearings, pulleys, Bushings and clutches for bearings and components.
All engineering change requests/notifications will be processed by the person independently.
Prepare complete GD&T assembly design layouts, fit and clearance analysis.
Conduct studies of tolerance (stack-up)
Create design documents like customer data sheets, installation instructions etc.
3D rendering and modelling work for new or old components
Support different design, cost saved, improved product, simplified, etc. Engineering projects
3D CAD models and drawings support application engineering for bearing product.
Provide required designs/3D models from concept to NPD & manufacture.
Provide packages with details, assemblies, lay-outs and structures for drawing.
As necessary, assume additional roles and responsibilities. Able to carry out several projects.
Compliance with the process of quality.
Coordinate the execution of project deliverables with cross-functional teams.
Understand production processes, process capabilities and establish tolerances through the knowledge of used and intended components and assemblies.
