Key Responsibilities

The candidate will work with the quality-engineering group of Cornerstone Products. The candidate will be trained on product functionality, test automation , TestLink etc and will be working under a QE lead to contribute to the testing cycles of the product .

  • Understand product requirements, and brainstorm with the product team.
  • Define structural and behavioral aspects of implementation, develop, unit test, and deliver the features and enhancements within committed timelines.
  • Be a great test driven engineer and set high standards for quality with every new development.
  • Work closely with leads and architects to ensure each new development is in line with EdCast vision and harmonises with overall architecture.
  • Understanding of cloud platform technologies like AWS/GCP.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications.

 

Qualification and Skills required for Cornerstone off campus drive

  • B.Tech/B.E/MCA
  • Good Programming & logical skills.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC & Object-Oriented concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of object oriented programming, preferably Java.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases and operating systems.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal & written.
  • Ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
