Job Responsibilities:-
1. Planning & execution of Build & End of line testing as per Build plan
2. Understanding Layout of Wiring harness, Electrical system components like Motor, Li-ion battery, Contractors, Traction Controllers, BMS & Other ECU in the vehicle.
3. Create Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Quality Control Plan, Standard Operating procedures required for build and assembly, etc.
4. Understanding of System integration and Electrical architecture of Electric vehicles.
5. Planning, budgeting & specs finalization for EOL equipment required for EOL testing of Electric vehicle modules and system (Battery Pack, BMS, Onboard Charger, DC-DC, Motor, etc)
6. Preparation of EOL plan from design Specification & EOL procedures, Preparation of EOL check sheets, the release of EOL report after EOL testing.
7. Understanding Layout of Wiring harness, Electrical system components like Motor, Li-ion battery Pack, Contactors, Traction Controllers, BMS & Other ECU in the vehicle.
8. Create Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Quality Control Plan, Standard Operating procedures required for build and assembly, etc.
9. Understanding of System integration and Electrical architecture of Electric vehicles.
10. Coordination with the design team and module leader on the execution of EOL testing
11. System /vehicle level Build and Functional verification of Electric vehicles on prototype systems & vehicles.
12. Understanding of Diagnostics of Electrical system, OBD, CAN protocols.
13. Electrical part Failure analysis by using 8 D problem-solving approach
