WILP 2021 (Work Integrated Learning Program 2021) is a one-of-a-kind learning-integrated programme that allows BCA and BSc students to develop a great career at Wipro while completing their higher education in M.Tech at a Wipro-sponsored university in India.
Wipro is providing digitally signed offer letters for college candidates to avoid rogue organisations from generating phoney offer letters. The candidate’s photo will be included in the offer letter. The Wipro technical campus offer letters are only available for download on the Wipro portal and will not be mailed or emailed to the candidates.

Other criteria include:
- It is required to have taken Core Mathematics as one of your graduation subjects.
- Business and Applied Mathematics will not be counted toward graduation as Core Mathematics.
- Between 10th and graduation, a maximum of three years of academic gap is permitted.
- Graduation does not allow for any gaps. Graduation should take no more than three years.
- Only in the 10th, 12th, and Graduation recognised by the Central/State Governments of India should education be full-time.
- At the time of the selection process, all arrears and backlogs must be cleared.
- If you have a passport from another country, you must be an Indian citizen or have a PIO or OCI card.

1st year STIPEND – 15,000 + 488 (ESI)
2nd year STIPEND – 17,000 + 553 (ESI)
3rd year STIPEND – 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
Fourth Year : 23,000
Selection Process for Wipro Jobs 2021 :
Every eligible candidate must go through below online assessment, below details appended for your reference.
- Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Aptitude Test – Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative (Each section has 20 minutes / 20 questions)
- Written Communication Test (20 minutes)
- Upon selection in the Online Assessment, candidates will be required to go through a Technical Interview followed by a HR interview.
Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in last 3 months are not Eligible.
