Job Description:

Knowledge on at least any one ERP will be preferred, should have good understanding on sales order processes like standard order, trial order, subscription-based orders etc.
Should have very good Excel skills, to generate & publish usage reports of eBooks & Journals.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
Especially, good written communication skills are essential for collaborating with customers, stakeholders & internal team members.
Salary: ₹ 2,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
