POSITION : Aptitude/Verbal /Technical Trainer -Fulltime /Freelancer
Experience : 0 – 3 Years
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : As an Aptitude trainer, You should:
- have proven knowledge in quantitative, logical and verbal ability.
- provide aptitude training to students coming from varied educational backgrounds.
- mentoring, counselling, encouraging & motivating students to harness their potential.
- conduct and document periodic assessments.
- possess excellent presentation skills along with sound conceptual clarity.
- handled a student batch size of 60 – 80.
- create questions for assessments.
- proof reading the questions for internal and final assessment test
- aid in query/ issue resolution of students pertaining to examinations/ placements etc.,
- travel to the college campus(pan India) to conduct offline sessions.
For an Aptitude + Tech Trainer, you should also:
- be proficient in the JAVA programming language and related technologies.
- provide java training to students coming from varied educational backgrounds.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Good grasp on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning & verbal ability.
*Additionally grasp on JAVA programming language and related technologies is required for a Aptitude +Tech trainer.
– Superior command over quant mathematics, vocabulary and grammar.
– UG/PG science degree (non-Bio) or technical background required.
– Prior experience in aptitude||tech training (Fresher can be considered depending on skill set)
– Remarkable problem-solving skills and numeracy skills.
– Good query-handling skills.
– Sound quantitative and cognitive ability to prepare students professionally.
– Awareness of different training methodologies and a keen eye for detail & quality.
– Engaging, encouraging and pleasant persona during classes.
– Organizational skills for day to day management.
– Good classroom management and presentation skills.
